About Michileen Marie

Michileen Marie was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her bachelor of Science in Psychology and Theatre arts from Santa Clara University and her Masters of Liberal Arts from Stanford University.

Along with her acting and teaching career, Michileen writes plays and novels often in the dark magic realism genre. She most enjoys writing stories that explore love, identity, and humankinds obsession with death. Though dark, Michileen hopes to give her stories humor, grace, and above all hope that through kindness there is always a better tomorrow.
